Corporate Governance

The company complies with the Committee on Corporate Governance recommendations of August 2011 with a few exceptions where the Supervisory Board has deemed it appropriate or relevant to follow the recommendations.

The company’s intention is to follow all recommendations wherever appropriate and relevant to do so.
