Shareholder information

The company’s shares are listed on NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen and the share capital totals 53,566,497 shares of DKK 5 corresponding to a nominal value of DKK 267,832,485. Each share carries one vote.

At an extraordinary general meeting on 8 March, 2011 the company’s shareholders decided to cancel to division of the company’s share capital into different share classes. Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen (Danish Commerce and Companies Agency) registered the subsequent changes to the Articles of Association on 14 April, 2011.
