Election of employees to the Supervisory Board

The employees of Dalhoff Larsen & Horneman A/S elect representatives and alternates to the company’s Supervisory Board in accordance with current Danish legislation. The representatives and alternates are elected by and among the employees in Denmark for four years at a time. Three employee representatives, who were elected in 2010, currently serve on the Supervisory Board.
