Our certifications
At DLH we care about the forests, the people and the future
We want to ensure that the wood we source comes from well managed forests so that present and future generations can enjoy the multiple benefits of forests. From wildlife habitats and water purification to carbon sequestration and climate stabilization, the world’s forests are indispensable for the people and for the future.
We are Chain of Custody certified and therefore we are able to commercialize wood that comes from well managed forests.

Purchases of verified and certified wood in 2011
In 2011, 31% of all wood procured was third-party verified/ certified. Approximately 18% was covered by the certification scheme FSC, 5% was covered by PEFC, and 8% by other verification systems such as VLO, TLTV, MTCS and FSC CW.
